For about a year now, I have been wanting to start doing reviews of all my vegan cookbooks. I have quite the collection! I have used some of my cookbooks over the years and some I still haven't. I finally recorded a review that will go up tomorrow (1/21/26) on my YouTube channel @TheConfidentVegan. I made some recipes from "The Peaceful Kitchen" by Catherine Perez.
As you can see, I have quite the collection!

I am not sure which book to do next. I just posed a pole on my Instagram. I might post one later on my other socials. Would you like to help me decide? The pole will end at 11:59pm ET on 1/23/26.
The choices are:
A. "The Little Pine Cookbook" by Moby
B. "The China Study Cookbook" by LeAnne Campbell, PhD
C. "The How Not To Die Cookbook" by Michael Greger, M.D., FACLM
Which one would you like me to cook from and review? Let me know in the comments below.

This feels like a fun crossroads to be at. I love how you invited readers into the decision instead of deciding in a vacuum. It makes the next review feel like a shared experience already.
Even though I’d love to know about The China Study Cookbook, whichever you choose, it’ll be a good one.
