Celebrate National Dessert Day Today With One Of These Healthy Vegan Treats

Today had been a busy day! I was trying to decide what to post for Day 14 of The Ultimate Blog Challenge that I am doing. I saw that today was National Dessert Day and thought that this would be a great opportunity to share healthy dessert recipes. EleVegan (Micheala Vais) is one of my favorite recipe creators.
Here are some recipes of hers I would like to try out.
Red Lentil Brownies
Chickpea Truffles
No-Bake Carrot Cake Balls
No-Bake Cinnamon Rolls
Vegan Raspberry Thumbprint Cookies
Did you celebrate National Dessert Day today? Which one of these desserts recipes would you like to try? Let me know in the comments. I will let you know when I make any of these recipes.

The red lentil brownies are the ones I’d try first, Jennifer, mostly because I can’t picture lentils turning into a brownie. I like that you turned a busy day into a quick list of recipes, since that’s a smart way to keep the challenge going without stressing over a long post. I’m looking forward to your report on whichever one you make first, and I hope at least one of them wins over the rest of your family.
Those carrot cake balls sound incredible, thanks!
Wow, Jennifer! I didn't know that it was National Dessert Day. I love the recipes you have posted. I've been gathering a lot of recipes lately, but I get overwhelmed and don't make a choice of what to start with. I did make some Pumpkin Muffins with Almond Milk and Monk Fruit powder the other day (avoiding gluten and sugar when I can)... they turned out okay, but not "addictive". I'll try one of your suggestions next... probably the "Red Lentil Brownies". Thanks!!
