Today I posted a new interview on my YouTube channel The Confident Vegan. This week my special guest is Prit Patel, who is a natural storyteller with a deep passion for real human connection.
Prit believes that stories have the power to uplift, inspire, and shape the world we live in. Over the past 18 years, his journey has taken some bold and unexpected turns — from working as a weapons engineer by day and performing stand-up comedy by night, to becoming an agile coach, life coach, and ultimately a destination wedding celebrant and MC.
As Prit puts it, he made the leap "from the war industry to the love industry." His life has been full of transformative chapters: two major career changes, seven moves across the UK, Germany, and Spain in just 13 years, and embracing a vegan lifestyle three years ago.
Prit's latest venture is HumanKind Communities — where he helps build thriving, purpose-driven networks of small businesses with big dreams, using the guiding forces of the Law of Attraction and Ikigai.
We discuss:
Our vegan stories.
Prit's fascinating journey from the war industry to the love industry
Listening to your intuition and experiencing synchronicities
The law of attraction
The power of community
This interview was inspiring, insightful, and reminded me more of how far I have come in my life. In what ways have you reinvented yourself? Let me know in the comments.

I'm looking forward to watching this interview, what a story!
That is a lot of changes in moves in just 18 years. It takes courage and a sense of adventure to go and see what else there is for you to do in the world.
PS - do you have any quinoa dish suggestions? We eat quinoa often but I only have 1 recipe (it's a greek-ish salad).
What a great interview! From the "war industry" to the "love industry" is a huge transition!
