Three Healthy Baked Veggie Burger Recipes (Vegan, Gluten-Free, Oil-Free)

Today is July 4th, which is a big holiday here in the U.S. This year has been especially challenging in the country. The news, overwhelming at times. What helps me the most during this intense period, is focusing on my work to promote healthy recipes, veganism, and women's empowerment.

The summer is a popular time for BBQ's and burgers, which traditionally are very unhealthy and sadly use animals. There are so many creative ways to make healthy burgers using a variety of plants and spices. The possibilities are endless! For todays day 4 post of the Ultimate Blog Challenge, I thought it would be nice to share with you three veggie burger recipes I posted on my YouTube channel The Confident Vegan. These burgers are made to be baked in the oven and are delicious to eat year round. If using for a BBQ, you could bake them up while grilling veggies and buns to serve with them.

These recipes are also vegan, gluten-free, and oil-free. The recipes are in the video notes.

Let me know in the comments if you have tried them out. Perhaps they will inspire you to even invent your own veggie burger recipes. Wishing you all a safe and happy July 4th, wherever you are.

I was vegetarian for two years, several years ago. My son and I both loved the veggie burgers we'd get from the store. And I totally get what you're saying. Remembering my purpose has helped me, too, this year.

Thank you for these gluten free options. My daughter recently discovered she is allergic to wheat and the adjustment is not easy.
