Today is Saturday and day 26 of the blog challenge I have been doing for the month of July. I just watched this video by Mina Rome. Mina has such a soothing voice! I find watching her cooking videos to be relaxing and inspiring! A lot of her recipes are quick and easy. She also shares her vegan travel adventures and makes creative recipes inspired by movies, books, music, and TV shows.

In this video, Mina shares some simple and creative vegan meal ideas, as well as a recipe for a big batch of cinnamon rolls. This video inspired me for the day, so I thought it would be nice to share it with you.
