Today is 1/31/26 and the last day of the January Ultimate Blog Challenge. I didn't post every day this month, but I did post during most of the challenge. I am proud of myself for what I have accomplished and will honor and celebrate that. It has been hard for me to show up and share something every day this month. This has probably been one of the most emotionally difficult months for me in a long time. Things in my life are okay, they are just changing and evolving. Old ways of being are transforming. This is having a ripple effect in my life on many levels.

I feel a a bizarre combination of calm, tense, and aligned. The alignment is helping me stay grounded as I move through the tension of becoming someone in a newer form. I feel like a butterfly who has emerged from a cocoon, who is still learning how to navigate life with wings. Sometimes this new way of being is exhausting and I need to stop, rest, and collect myself along the way.

Thank you for following along this month. What was one of your favorite posts? I am planning to come back in April for the next challenge. I will also be doing my best to share on my blog at least once a week.

Talk to you soon.

Wow! This felt like a gentle exhale at the end of a full month. I love the honesty in your reflection — honoring what the challenge gave you without overthinking it or tying it up in a bow.

Congratulations 🎊 I enjoy your thoughtful posts, and also intend to show up to the page once or twice a week going forward - we'll see how that goes!!

Blessings during your cocoon and emergence stages!

I also found this January very challenging. We’ve both done well, showing up whenever we can. See you next challenge.
