Happy Halloween! Today is the final day of the October Ultimate Blog Challenge. I didn't post on all 31 days, but I am celebrating the fact that I posted for 25 of them.
October was a very busy month for me. I am working on getting my Main Street Vegan Academy Vegan Lifestyle Coach & Educator certification. This has been a wonderful program and I am excited to see where it takes me after I complete it in November. I also had a minor surgery, content creation for both The Confident Vegan and That Vegan Morning shows, all while working a day job.
I learn new things about myself during these blog challenges and enjoy connecting with new people each time! I am planning to join in the next Ultimate Blog Challenge in January.
I am excited to see what unfolds for me next in 2026!
A big thank you to everyone who has been following along. I hope you all have a wonderful rest of the year. What was your favorite post of mine from October?
Jennifer Shlomovich is a recovering people-pleaser turned confidence coach. As the only vegan in her household, she knows firsthand how challenging it can be to stay true to your values when the people around you aren’t on the same path. For years, she put everyone else’s needs ahead of her own, but through her journey, she discovered the power of setting boundaries, living by her values, and confidently prioritizing her well-being. Now, she helps busy women simplify plant-based living so they can improve their health, save time, and feel supported—even if their family isn’t on board. On her YouTube channel, The Confident Vegan, she shares inspiring interviews, practical tips, and empowering conversations about what it really means to live in alignment with your values. She is also the co-host of That Vegan Morning Show with Kimberly Winters of the Did You Bring The Hummus podcast.

I have loved learning more about your journey and meeting through this blog challenge!!! So grateful. :) My favorite post was learning about beet ketchup as a tomato free person! Thank you! You're amazing.
I truly enjoyed looking at hour recipes and your food suggestions. They made me feel a bit hungry, but happy because I love to cook and eat!!! Congratulations on doing the Ultimate Blogging Challenge, and I hope to see you again in the January challenge!
