Breaking Free From People-Pleasing & Choosing Authenticity

Earlier this year I had the honor of being a guest on the podcast Amplifying Authenticity with Megan Fuciarelli. It had been awhile since I was interviewed on a podcast. It's always an interesting experience when you are the one not answering the questions. There were a couple of moments I lost my train of thought. We had recorded after I had an extra busy day with my day job. I am still proud of how I showed up in this interview. I was authentically being who I was in that moment. Things don't have to be perfect and polished to still be good. I hope it helps others who struggle with people-pleasing, embrace their authentic selves.

It can feel scary being vulnerable and authentic. When we are not showing up as our true selves, that can cause more stress in the long run. What tips do you have for showing up authentically? What helps you feel the fear and show up anyway?
