***PLEASE NOTE: The Original post of this video had a technical issue at the end. This has been corrected and is the full version***

Today is a big day for me! I just posted my first episode of my new series "Aligned Living: The Journey of Living True To Yourself".

In this episode, I share the story behind this new series and my own journey of learning what it means to live in alignment with myself. I’ll talk about the times when I found myself living out of alignment, the choices and actions that helped me find my way back to myself, and how my vegan journey became another expression of living in alignment with my values.

Throughout this series, we’ll explore self-trust, boundaries, people-pleasing, taking action, authenticity, and the everyday choices that can help us create a life that feels true to who we are. Because living in alignment isn’t about becoming someone different—it’s about finding your way back to yourself.

This has been a long time comming. Those of you who have been following my work for awhile, know I needed to step away from my YouTube channel for about 5 months. If this is your first time connecting with me, you can learn more about why I needed to step away in the video below.

If you would like to support my YouTube channel and this new series, please like and subscribe. The more engagement I get, the more women I can help!

I would also love to hear from you. What topics would you like me to talk about in a future episode? Is there a question you would like me to answer? Please share in the comments below.

Jennifer Shlomovich is as an Alignment Coach and Vegan Educator. She helps women move from self-abandonment to self-alignment by becoming more intentional about their choices. She is also the only vegan in her family and shares her journey about living differently from the people around her. She is also passionate about showing others just how delicious vegan food can be. Thank you for your insight. My question is this: is it possible to be vegan and gluten free? It seems like a lot of work to create a nutritious diet with so many limitations, but I could be (gasp!) wrong!
